Presented by Dr. Jude C. Richter, PhD, Research and Reference Specialist for the David M. Rubenstein National Institute for Holocaust Documentation United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Dr. Richter received his Ph.D. in Russian history from Indiana University. From 2002 through 2006, he worked for the Conference on Jewish Material Claims against Germany, conducting research in the collections of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to document survivors’ claims. Since 2006, he has worked for the Museum. He is currently a Research and Reference Specialist in the Museum’s Survivors and Victims Resource Centre.
